Mozambique’s Constitutional Council will proclaim the final results of the Oct. 9 elections on Monday. A wave of unprecedented protests have rocked the African nation since the dispute over the elections, which opposition leader Venâncio Mondlane says he won, but which electoral authorities announced President Filipe Nyusi’s party and its presidential candidate were victorious.
